-
Do I need to be comfortable using stairs?
Willow Spa is set over two levels, and spa sessions involve using stairs between rooms. If you have any mobility or balance concerns, please let us know so we can tailor your route to make your visit as comfortable and relaxing as possible.
-
How does a typical spa session work?
One of the Willow Wellness Team will greet you at the door and take you to the changing rooms, where we do our best to keep you separate from other guests.
Once ready, we will take you to your first experience which will depend on the route of your spa session. We will then move you through the thermal experience from room to room, allowing you to enjoy the many benefits of each space.
If your spa package includes a treatment, this will be integrated into your journey.
-
Is food included in my spa package?
Some of our packages include either afternoon tea, with a delightful selection of sandwiches and sweet treats, or a charcuterie board with various meats, cheeses and crackers. This will depend on the package you have booked. Note that some packages don’t include food, but can be added on.
This will be served in Blossoms Cafe or the Relaxation Room.
-
Will I be sharing the facilities with other guests?
We differentiate ourselves from other spas by providing a truly personal experience, making our guests feel like they have the whole spa to themselves.
While you may come across other guests in passing or during afternoon tea, we offer exclusive use of each of our facilities across all of our packages, moving you seamlessly throughout the thermal journey.
This allows you the opportunity to truly unwind into your spa experience.
-
Is there parking at Willow Spa?
Yes we have plenty of parking available.
If there are none as you first drive in on your right, continue round the back of the building where there is more space on the other side.
-
What should I bring for my spa session?
All you'll need is swimwear, as a robe, towel and footwear is provided.
You may choose to bring more than one swimsuit or shorts as our facilities include moving between wet and dry rooms. This will ensure your comfort throughout your visit.
And perhaps some comfy clothes to go home in after!
-
I have allergies, food intolerances or dietary preferences. Can you cater to this?
Absolutely, our caterer is able to cater to different dietary needs.
Please let us know any dietary requests at least 48 hours before your appointment and we will ensure that this is taken care of.
-
Do I need to complete a consultation before my visit?
Yes, we will send over a consultation to the lead booker for all guests to complete ahead of your visit.
This covers your medical history, any dietary requirements etc - anything we need to know to make your experience more enjoyable.
-
I am pregnant. Can I still enjoy the facilities?
Mum’s to be are very welcome at Willow Spa, however guests must be 12+ weeks to attend a spa session or treatment.
For those past the first trimester, there is plenty to enjoy including the cooler temperature Swim Spa in the Rejuvenation Oasis, plunge pool and face masks in Nourish & Nature, and comfortable lounge seating, crackling fire, wellness books and meditations in the Relaxation Room. High temperatures are not recommended during pregnancy so the sauna, jacuzzi and steam room are not accessible.
We also offer a number of gorgeous pregnancy friendly treatments.
-
Do you sell alcohol?
We are licensed and prosecco, champagne and beer is available to purchase during your spa experience.
-
Is there an age restriction at Willow Spa?
Guests must be 16+ to use the spa facilities.
